Philips CS Logistics Officer in Eindhoven, Netherlands
The Direct Export organization covers the following markets: Africa, MET, CEE, Latam, IIG, Nordics and RCA. Given the huge geographical territory and characteristics, our markets are divided into multiple districts. Customers are served either by a direct local PH organization (10 countries) or through distributors (approx 250). You will work in the department of customer service, with a team of 6 Logistics Officers and 3 Returns Managers. As part of daily operations, you will be in contact with different partners of the business, such as internal and external suppliers, customers (i.e. distributors, market’s Customer Care Centers) finance and district managers. The environment is very dynamic and international. You will be part of a very eager and flexible team.
Participate in the parts order process - ensure shipment of parts orders according to priority
Ensure that all entitlement checks are performed in the correct way (ie export control checks, contract and warranty entitlement checks, material master data)
Ensure same day shipment of all parts P1 priority orders received before cut-off time and meet customer required delivery date of all other priorities
Pro-actively track escalations related to parts orders and/or backorders with the parts supplier(s) and supports Logistics Manager with First level escalations w.r.t. CS Parts supply in indirect as well as direct countries
Monitoring of the SAP reports required for the daily parts performance and initiate required actions for the order desk (back order tracking)
Single entry point in all communication with distributors and Philips HealthTech country organizations
The Logistic Officer keeps them informed about:
a) Order / escalation status,
b) F&A status /payment conditions
Immediate action to solve issues such as Dead on Arrivals, missing parts, wrong shipments, etc.
Pro-actively anticipates to customer/country specific requirements for speedy customs clearance and arranges shipment documents and shipment method accordingly
Act as operational owner and drives execution of the full service delivery process, including the required actions from the many additional stakeholders in the process
Handle pricing issues (f.e. Tubes, Purchase tools, Rental tools, third-party items)
Find solutions together with F&A , Key-users and CS Process Expert for special assignments ( internal deliveries, FCO's, Indent, Closing processes in DX36).
Share experience with Key-users and CS Process Expert in order to simplify and lean out processes
Master data in case not maintained correctly or in case of contradictions in the suppliers Master Data (PMG).

The required Service level is related to correct parts and price identification and shipment within a few hours timeframe, including all required shipment documents and invoices. You are responsible for

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
you have at least a year of experience in the customer service domain in a large B2B organization
You preferably have a Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or Supply Chain
You have some experience with SAP
You are detail oriented but never lose sight of the bigger picture. Furthermore you are analytic but also drive change when needed
You are fluent in English
You are familiar with the concepts of LEAN and eager to learn how to implement improvements
You are pro-active and take ownership
You do not mind to occasionally work from home from 14:00 to 23:00 to best serve the LATAM Market time zone
