Philips HR Manager in Eindhoven, Netherlands
In this exciting (start) position with growth opportunity, you will be working as HR Manager for our digital activities (Health Informatics and IT) located at Philips Innovation Center Eindhoven. You will have an operational HR focus, working alongside Managers and HR Business Partners and acting as the linking-pin towards HR Center of Expertise and the HR Shared Service Center. In this environment focused on operational excellence there is a strong need for excellent HR business support.
You will provide support to line management and HR Business Partners in implementing and executing our people strategy within the business. And support standardized core HR processes e.g. People Performance Management; Reward & Recognition; Health & Wellbeing.
The HRM will work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development (like organizational changes, culture/Engagement, competency development, team development, etc).
Participate on HR-(improvement) projects on Cluster/country level.
For processes outside the scope of Philips People Services, execute activity for HR Business Partners within the business/market/functions, providing support that drives effective business outcomes for Philips.
Act as advocate for standardization in the execution of HR policies.
Act as a sparring partner for HRBPs on local implications and solutions for the business. Counsel line managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.
Safeguards that the business entity is reflected in the HR-systems and databases (OM structure, Job atlas, PMS, etc).
Educate and support line managers in people management activities.
The HR Cluster is staffed with around 16 HR Managers and 1 Cluster Manager. HR Supports the business with all employee related topics.

For this challenging job we are looking for an engaged Talent who recognizes the following profile:
Relevant Masters education (Psychology, Personnel, Business Administration).
At least 2 years of working experience in HR within an international organization.
HR experience and knowledge and the drive to develop as HR Manager.
Ability to connect with all layers of the organization.
Business Acumen and interest in business practice.
Written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Communication and persuasion skills.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative in the site setup.
