In this 100% role, you have the opportunity to

be the HR Manager at the High Tech Campus for Philips Innovation Services, part of Innovation & Strategy. You will have an operational HR focus, working alongside Managers and HR Business Partners and acting as the linking-pin towards HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Shared Service Center. In this environment focused on operational excellence there is a strong need for excellent HR business support.

You are responsible for

  • providing support to line management and HR Business Partner in implementing and executing our people strategy within PINS. You will apply standardized core HR processes e.g. People Performance Management; Reward & Recognition; Health & Wellbeing.

  • working closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development (like organizational changes, culture/Engagement, competency development, team development, etc).

  • participating on HR-(improvement) projects on Cluster/country level.

  • processes outside the scope of Philips People Services, executing activity for the HR Business Partner within the function, providing support that drives effective business outcomes for Philips.

  • acting as advocate for standardization in the execution of HR policies. Act as a sparring partner for HRBPs on local implications and solutions for the business. Counsel line managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.

  • safeguarding that the business entity is reflected in the HR-systems and databases (Workday, Job atlas, etc).

  • educating and supporting line managers in people management activities.

You are a part of

The HR Cluster, which is staffed with around 16 HR Managers and 1 Cluster Manager, working across the locations Eindhoven and Amsterdam has a broad business portfolio and a number of growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant Masters education (Psychology, Personnel, Business Administration).

  • At least 4 years of working experience in HR within an international organization.

  • Broad HR experience and knowledge and the drive to develop as HR Manager.

  • Ability to connect with all layers of the organization.

  • Business Acumen and interest in business practice.

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Communication and persuasion skills.

  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Energetic, responsive team player.
