Philips Inside sales representative (bilingual French/Dutch) in Eindhoven, Netherlands

Are you the commercially savvy Inside Sales Representative able to support our Field sales team with great enthusiasm and drive for results? Are you capable to bring our Oral Healthcare customer –and sales support to the next level by leveraging your communication and consultation skills?

Oral Healthcare is at the Core of our Personal Health business. As our business is expanding and we see opportunity to grow, we are looking to hire an additional inside sales representative to strengthen the team in a commercial savvy and engaging manner.

Your responsibilities

As Inside Sales Representative, you will handle all incoming communication by phone and emails in from Dental Professionals (dentists and dental hygienists). Fluent communication in Dutch and French is required to be successful in this role.

You seek opportunities to inform Dental Professionals in an accurate and compelling way and seek opportunities to cross-sell Philips Oral Healthcare products Philips Sonicare and Philips Zoom!

Furthermore, you are:

  • responsible for outbound sales calls generating sales for both Philips Sonicare and Philips Zoom

  • Monitoring your track record and strive for better results continuously

  • Responsible for answering questions of dental professionals via inbound calls and/or e-mail

  • Responsible for order processing

  • Cooperate with other inside sales representatives and aim to develop sales skills together

  • In absence of the office manager you create reports to monitor the results of the team by using our CRM system and Excel

Your team

You will be part of the dental team within the Personal Health department of Philips. You will report to the Manager Philips Oral Healthcare, located in Eindhoven. The team consists of 3 inside sales professionals, who support a team of approx. 12 Field Account Managers. Please visit our website to find out more!

We are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should be / have:

  • HBO degree with minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience in e.g. Inside Sales, Field Sales, or other commercial environment, Or

  • MBO degree with extensive relevant working experience and outstanding commercial and professional skills

  • Experience in Dental care/Pharmaceutics/Personal health is very much preferred

  • Service –and solution minded attitude and approach

  • Able to oversee bigger picture and bring structure to processes

  • You know how to engage people and challenge them to outperform

  • You have commercial mindset and know how to level with dental/healthcare professionals via Phone and Email in both Dutch and French
