Your responsibilities

As Junior Marketing Manager OHC you are working within the H&W marketing team, that’s responsible for the Business management of the Oral Healthcare, Mother& Childcare & Pain categories in the Benelux:

  • Support the marketing managers & Marketing lead with the creation of the long term category & portfolio strategies as part of the marketing plan, with focus on Oral Healthcare.

  • Own responsibility for the Pain category, realizing the revenue targets, margin and position of in the Benelux market;

  • Lead of ad hoc marketing projects (incl. cross-functional & cross country scope), to implement marketing plan. This includes coordination of local adaptation/translation of global creative assets for a.o. TV, print or online.

  • Operational day to day management in order to reach set KPI’s (incl. Budget management)

  • Coordination of market research projects, Analysis of syndicated market data.

  • Do this by teaming up with colleagues, ensuring good communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, in order to secure the position of Philips.

We are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should be/ have:

  • Master’s degree, Marketing/Business oriented;

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant marketing management role;

  • Interactive, creative, pragmatic and goal oriented go-getter that takes ownership in order to drive for result;

  • You are capable to think strategic and act pragmatic and you bring a track record to show it;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English is a must, French is a plus;

  • Insights in and knowledge of market trends in B2C environment;

  • Understanding of or experience in FMCG or Healthcare is preferred;
