Your responsibilities

As Marketing Manager OHC you are responsible for the Oral Healthcare category within the portfolio of Consumer Lifestyle for the Benelux market;

  • You are responsible for the improvement of the business results by stimulating, influencing and supporting the organization using a targeted marketing strategy in the Benelux sales organization;

  • You work punctual at realizing the revenue targets, margin and position of the OHC category in the Benelux market;

  • You analyze the local market, competition and consumers to help determine the marketing strategy & adjust where needed; You’ll work together with the category demand planner on the monthly forecast, implementing your learnings.

  • You determine & implement this marketing strategy, together with the marketing lead, focused on short term, as well as long term activities including budget control / P&L management; You will give input for Media strategy & BMC planning.

  • For this you will set up the marketing activation plan, in which you make use of the full marketing mix; you will be the consumer marketing responsible in the category team and work together cross-functionally to bring your plan to live. You will be responsible for creation of the creative assets for the media campaigns, working together with different agencies.

  • Do this by teaming up with colleagues, ensuring good communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, in order to secure the position of Philips.

We are looking for

To be successful in this role, you should be/ have:

  • Master’s degree, Marketing/Business oriented;

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing management role with category responsibility, experience in developing and executing Marketing strategy and budget responsibility;

  • Understanding of or experience in FMCG or Healthcare is preferred;

  • Insights in and knowledge of market trends in B2C environment;

  • You take ownership and drive for results;

  • You are capable to think strategic and act pragmatic and you bring a track record to show it;

  • Interactive, creative, pragmatic and goal oriented go-getter that takes initiatives in order to get result;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Understanding of or experience in the Dutch and/or Belgian market is crucial, since you focus on the Benelux market;

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English is a must, French is a plus;
