Your responsibilities

Within the Software group as part of the Electronics Department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Lead Integration and Verification who will work together with the existing teams and acts as a coach and sounding board on all levels of integration and verification. As a Technical Lead Integration and Verification you are responsible for:

  • Working with a focus on consumer needs and technological competitiveness, keeping an eye on overall quality in general and testability of resulting requirements in particular.

  • Support and deploy test automation during development, reaching from code level up to and including system level tests.

  • Combining existing and/or purchased modules into components, which can be integrated into a working system.

  • Explore and assess new tools and state of the art methods to drive continuous improvement of the verification activities in the Electronics department

  • Adapting and improving you and your team to a world that is constantly changing around you.

  • Drawing up a personal schedule and reporting on progress in a structured and methodical way keeping the costs of the activities in line with the calculated budget.

  • Delivering input in the planning process to the project leader.

  • Ensuring that there is proper documentation for the developed software.

  • Providing technical guidance to the more junior staff members.

We are looking for

  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in integration and verification of prototypes or products in an agile environment

  • Proven track record in end-to-end system test automation

  • Proven track record with development methodologies like Agile/Scrum

  • Proven track record of object oriented analysis and design, preferably in C++ or C#

  • You enjoy working in cross-functional teams; you are curious, open and feel at home in a dynamic environment
