Executive Assistant

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of our unique, international and truly diverse Software & Service (Sw&S) Business Transformation team. The Sw&S Business Transformation team operates as one global team driving the effective deployment of vital new Philips business capabilities in the Software and Services arena.

You are responsible for

  • Performing, entirely independently, the full range of secretarial tasks, which involve a very high level of responsibility and detail;

  • Arranging, coordinating, and preparing meetings, conference calls, videoconferences, and other related events;

  • Screening independently incoming calls, e-mail and correspondence and responding in a timely and professional manner;

  • Handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature;

  • Liaising with various departments and levels in the company;

  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiling documents for travel-related meetings, organizing flights and hotels and managing logistics whilst traveling in an effective and efficient manner;

  • General administration and calendar management; preparing and submitting expense reports on a timely basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant education with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as an Executive / Management Assistant in a fast-paced environment;

  • Problem solving – independently identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; escalate when necessary;

  • Interpersonal and discrete – maintain confidentiality; show maturity and professionalism in communication with others;

  • Proficient in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written;

  • Punctuality, adaptability, business acumen and professionalism.
