In this Account Healthcare Sales role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for phone based sales and service support to Philips Lifeline Home Monitoring B2B customers. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue growth objectives, as well as for acting as the primary service contact point for assigned programs (customers) within the assigned sales territory

You are responsible for

  • Pre-dominantly B2B phone based sales with quarterly travel visits to customers in ----territory , promoting strong service and sales

  • Coordinates and partners with Sales Manager to develop a territory plan for assigned sales/service territory with the goal of meeting or exceeding the territory’s revenue objectives. Territory plan will be the roadmap for the success of the position. --Work with program (customer) staff to develop annual business plan that drives growth in subscriber levels as well as attains or exceeds specific revenue targets as required to support larger territory business plan.

  • Periodic review of business plan throughout the year will be required in order to ensure that objectives for customer are attained. Quarterly review with key customer staff (to include primary decision-maker) will be expected.

  • Act as service liaison between customer and various internal Philips Home Monitoring departments to ensure that customer’s service needs and expectations are exceeded.

  • Ensure that targeted number of daily, proactive outbound calls is made in accordance with expectations established by Sales Management.

  • Document all sales and service activities in SalesForce.com

  • Maintain active sales funnel (via SalesForce.com) to enable and ensure both goal attainment and accurate monthly revenue forecasting

Philips Lifeline Account mgmt. team based in the Framingham, MA office.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Previous 2 plus years healthcare sales experience and strong customer service support building outstanding customer relationships

  • preferred college degree or equivalent work experience

  • MS office skills a must

  • Salesforce experience a plus
