Philips Sales Rep Inbound Outbound in Framingham, Massachusetts

  • Highly driven, self-motivated and competitive

  • Excellent telephone communication and persuasion skills

  • Keep up to date with all marketing promotions

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Ability to effectively work autonomously with exceptional follow-through skills a must

  • Effective use of PC, Microsoft Office required

  • Guide non-sales opportunities to the appropriate department/group – ie: Customer Service. Serve as the point person for customers.

Collect required customer information and referral source information from callers and communicate this information to Marketing, Field Sales, Inside Sales and others as appropriate in order to enhance Philips Lifeline’s sales and marketing efforts

In this role Inbound/Outbound Sales Rep, you have the opportunity to

Focus on selling to consumers to give them peace of mind when signing up for our products and service from Philips Lifeline, the top personal response product available,. through an Inbound and Outbound telephone method to out sell the competition, while upselling to subscribers and generating leads for partnerships.

You are responsible for

Shift: Tue, Wed, Thur, & Fri from 1:30pm to 10:00pm EST

Sat from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Off Sun & Mon

You are a part of

. a high energy focused selling team at Philips Lifeline Inbound/Outbound sales team in the Framingham, MA office which is fast pace and a changing environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Previous Inbound/Outbound sales experience selling to consumers or B2B customers

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Excellent telephone communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to effectively work autonomously with exceptional follow-through skills a must

  • Effective use of PC, Microsoft Office required

  • HS/GED required and college degree preferred

-Guide non-sales opportunities to the appropriate department/group – ie: Customer Service. Serve as the point person for customers.
