Philips Clinical Applications Specialist (m/f) – TeleHealth in Germany - Home Based, Germany

Candiate must have a strong clinical background and the ability to effectively leverage that expertise whilst working with customers/users, when implementing the Philips Telehealth offering. This also includes an excellent medical domain knowledge, excellent interpersonal skils and a strong sense for quality and document management.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive clinically-oriented innovations by defining specifications that meet the clinical workflow and operational requirements of clinicians and patients, including the development of telehealth workflows that help enable goal directed patient care.

These TeleHealth concepts utilize communication platforms, broadband networks, televisions, tablets and other patient facing solutions, as well as measurement devices to connect chronic ill patients to their entire healthcare community. In addition we provide comprehensive care planning tools, enabling our customers to effectively deliver guideline based clinical support to large cohorts of patients.

You are responsible for

  • Careplan Development & Documentation

  • Implementation of care plans and workflows

  • Customer Training

  • Development of customized training materials

  • Consulting of Clinical Workflows

You are part of

H2H International, they support the key markets in EU and APAC with the deployment and implementation of innovative TeleHealth solutions and services.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree and strong clinical background (e.g. degree in Nursing or equivalent)

  • In-depth knowledge of adult clinical care environment and of outpatient and/or telehealth environment (three to five years)

  • Ability to effectively leverage that expertise whilst working with customers/users, when implementing the Philips Telehealth offering

  • Excellent medical domain knowledge and a strong sense for quality, document management and organizational skills

  • Clinical teaching/in servicing experience

  • Advanced computer skills and understanding

  • Ability to work in ever-changing environments

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships

  • Fluent in German, English as secondary language

  • Ability to travel 30-50%
