  • Develop long-term/ short-term business objective and strategy in line with global/ local strategy

  • Manage financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget, profits and lead business forecasting yearly/ quarterly basis

  1. Brand Development
  • Design brand communication strategy/ marketing plan for strengthening brand image and trial

  • Lead development of marketing plan yearly/ quarterly/ monthly basis for revitalizing existing line-up and successfully introducing new product

  • Develop comprehensive launching plans including AD development, PR, Digital, BTL, FMOT and lead excellent executions on time

  • Manage category/ product portfolio by identifying consumer insights, missing proposition and successfully leading new production launching process

  1. Performance Analysis
  • Identifying key business drivers by product range/ channels and develop intervention plans if needed based on the result of business performance review

  • Assess business performance daily/ weekly/ quarterly basis by analyzing shipment result, demand, sell-out, market share data and ROI

  1. Engage Business Partners
  • Enable global partners to obtain the agreement on local team’s business strategy/ new product launching plan on time

  • Lead internal team (Cross Functional team) for design effective go-to-market strategy, shopper engagement plan and promotion calendars

  • Lead external team (ATL, BTL agency) to submit concrete key deliverables, MKT plan by clearly clarifying expectations and providing business directions
