[Key Areas of Responsibilities]
The opportunity of this job is to provide the clinical transformation design, education, support and long term consulting needs for our H2H customers
Has responsibilities through the Clinical Transformation Life Cycle
Initiates and directs all client activities related to the clinical transformation process, such as: work flow redesign, integration of clinical staff on both sides of the camera, continual evolution of the program through ongoing consultation and annual reviews with specific goals for each setting.
Acts as a change agent for Clinical Transformation
Partners with Sr. Clinical Leaders (i.e: CNO Nursing, Client Operations and Medical Directors) to help identify ways to evolve their clinical programs and improve patient outcomes.
Collaborates with the Program Executive/Customer Relationship Manager to produce effective relationships with the hospital executive team.
Manages the clinical activities of software upgrades and or implementation of new projects
Possesses an expert knowledge base of product functionality; educates the client in system reports and reporting logic, assists the client in the identification of program metrics, able to manage numerous clients simultaneously (Varies by solution).
Develops Client Specific Program Plans
Coordinates and writes the clinical operations aspect of the annual/phase reviews, if applicable.
Attends all internal and client project meetings and provides Project Manager with client specific updates
Guides the Client Operations Director/Manager in assimilation of new role within the program, providing resources for growth
Guides clients on the clinical implications of configuration decisions, workflow analysis, custom configurations etc.; assists clients in maintaining integration among staff on both sides of the camera
Works collaboratively with implementation teams, able to independently achieve their KARS,
Keeps current understanding of the healthcare environment and the strategic goals of each client.
Maintains clinical competency in area of expertise
Regularly meets with client management teams to develop and maintain strong business relationships onsite and hosts monthly meetings by phone.
Tracks performance metrics and provides feedback on methods to improve performance.
Mentors the client program management staff to develop a program that demonstrates continual improvement in program performance
Mentors inexperienced clinical program managers’ professional growth
Participates on special projects/teams as clinical expert to provide clinical input into New Product Releases, Upgrades and Clinical Programs
Handles special projects or runs special teams or sub-teams
Share clinical discoveries with peers, the Support Center, and others to improve the clinical understanding of H2H applications, software and equipment
[ Qualifications & Requirements ]
Advanced practice degree in nursing or Masters degree or bachelors and equivalent experience
Current nursing licensure
Combination of 5+ years or more in related nursing care experience and supporting/implementing applicable clinical solution including:
Project Mgmt/Product Mgmt/Clinical teaching experience
Experience in leading clinical teams or programs with demonstrated positive outcomes
Prior leadership role in clinical environment preferred
Leading clinical team or programs with demonstrated positive outcomes
Demonstrates strong current knowledge of the healthcare environment
Demonstrated experience in leading multiple clinical team or programs with demonstrated positive outcomes
Demonstrative experience in participating in and/or leading teams on interdepartmental projects
Proven advanced consultative skills and expertise to help client evolve program to a new level
