[Key Areas of Responsibilities]

Responsible for HIT business management within territory (Korea), owing daily operations ensuring the execution of the Annual Operational Plan (AOP), Marketing Plan and strategy for the assigned Business Units (BU) within HIT, namely: Enterprise Informatics/PACS, Cardiology Informatics and Advanced Visualization Solutions. Responsible for deploying the business strategy to the districts in the region: Release for Talk (RFT), Release for Quotation (RfQ), Release for Acquisition (RfA), Release for Delivery (RfD) and price positioning and realization.

  • Business Management

  • Based on the global / regional business environment and trends (market, customer and competition for HIT), own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and marketing plan processes.

  • Provide input to Business Group for continuous improvement, localization of required HIT positioning in KOREA

  • Execute the KOREA HIT AOP in line with overall strategy, resource planning and allocation

  • People management of the HIT team, including selection, development, goal setting and performance management. Ensure overall high level of talent and engagement levels

  • Drive business development with a 1 till 2 year horizon in general and 3 months planning horizon in specific (e.g. RoFo, funnel management, status, corrective action plan)

  • Monitor & analyze funnel in collaboration with District Managers

  • Execute the pricing framework, defining price realization targets per District within KOREA

  • Responsible for creation and execution of corrective action plans

  • Consolidate information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects for HIT in KOREA

  • Coordinate product training to ensure that district Sales force is trained on the newest portfolio

  • Responsible for demo availability and stock portfolio, enlisting the support of HIT Field Marketing

  • Downstream Marketing

  • Execute marketing plan for HIT, translating the marketing strategy into tangible deliverables for the District Sales force, focusing on the regional implementation

  • Optimize sales, market share and integral margin of US, actively managing the regional portfolio to take account of changing environments

  • Ensure “one” message across districts

  • Conduct win / loss analyses to examine reasons for success / failure

  • Drive growth by identification of business opportunities and allocate resources and business tools

  • Responsible for new product launches and upgrades in KOREA, enlisting the support of HIT Field Marketing management and Sales Enablement Center

  • Upstream Marketing

  • Monitor KOREA market developments, provides input on competitive positioning based on external benchmarking and on win / loss analyses. Escalate positioning / pricing issues

  • Provide feedback on product requirements, competition (e.g. portfolio, sales tools, tactics) and required programs to cluster

  • Provide sales tools requirements to cluster

  • Provide outlook on market size, growth and share (CMM) for region

  • Customer Relations

  • Manage business relationships with Key Decision Makers of strategic HIT accounts and Key Opinion Leaders, in addition to customers representing the different market segments

  • Quality and Regulatory

  • Take all necessary actions, including the deployment of team objectives, to ensure full compliance with all Business and Q&R policies and procedures

  • Conduct reviews with the Q&R organization and lead the implementation of improvement actions to ensure that the relevant part of the quality system meets internal requirements and the standards stipulated by applicable external bodies

  • Responsible for execution of committed HIT new product introduction (NPI) roadmap: Release for Talk (RFT), Release for Quotation (RfQ), Release for Acquisition (RfA), Release for Delivery (RfD)

  • Key measures

[ Qualifications & Requirements ]

  • Degree level education or equivalent

  • Business management in software, IT, enterprise solutions

  • 10+ years of in-depth experience in healthcare informatics domain.

  • Experience in clinical fields such as radiology, oncology, cardiology

  • Experience with healthcare informatics enterprise and standards

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, plus ability to compellingly present technology solutions to an audience
