Philips Field Service Engineer，CT in Guangzhou, China
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues. . Drafts limited continuous improvement projects within one commercial unit.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Deliver qualified installation service to customers including installation, preventative maintenance, This position is very important to ensure long term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business and sales business.
You are responsible for
Own customer satisfaction & service quality KPIs for assigned account
Provide service support to team members as required
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including Installation Preventive Maintenance
Prepare and provide kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basis
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

You are a part of
External Customer: Deliver daily service to customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support Function: Ensure the service process correct implementation
Sales Distributor: Cooperate with sales distributor in varied sales or marketing activities.
ASP: Cooperate with ASP as one team to provide qualified service to customer.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
College, University Bachelor or above
Advanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineeringb) Experience工作经验:>1 years work experience on customer service in Healthcare industry c) Travel Frequency出差频率:

Strong technical knowledge on Healthcare products
Strong communication skill and Open mind to share with others
Clear and logic thinking
Ability to handle multi tasks

Excellent English skill in reading, writing and speaking
