We now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a fixed term contract.
Working within the UK&I brand, communications and digital marketing team (BCD), this is a vital role within the Health Systems business that sources, manages and measures digital marketing campaigns deployed across our website and other media; fully integrating with search, CRM, social media and digital media campaigns. The role has ownership for Philips.co.uk functionality and structure and has a focus on lead conversion and driving preference.
- You will deploy highly relevant Health Systems and brand content across our platforms. Working with our central and local teams and agencies to ensure that we deliver the right content to the right platform on time, every time. You will activate centrally created content assets as well as developing and deploying local assets. You will ensure that all content has our consumers, customers and SEO best practice at its heart, and that it is fully integrated with marketing campaigns and business requirements
Content Reporting / measurement
- Measuring the performance of content is a key element of your role. Content will be optimised based on core content activation and performance reports measures using a range of tools, from Omniture web analytics to specific reports measuring the impact and effectiveness of eCommerce, search and social media activity
Managing our online tools:
- You will be responsible for Lead management within our online CRM tool – salesforce.com. You will create marketing plans that are focused on the strategic priorities of the UK&I business. You will execute the plans working with our central team, ensuring that we always have the right Digital activities planned to support the business strategy
As a key member of the Brand Marketing Team, you will work with colleagues across marketing to deliver campaigns and projects. You will manage our agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure that we launch key campaigns and projects on time, to the agreed scope and on budget.
Plan, manage and co-ordinate digital aspects of new product launches, providing regular updates to the team on launch progress
- Working with our central development teams you will be responsible for a programme of continuous improvements to our portfolio of sites and the tools that we use to manage and measure performance.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders ie. brand advocates, charities, professional associations and distributors
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the corporate identity and brand behaviours are correctly presented in all activities
Plan and execute all Philips brand communications made through digital channels
Assist the Public Relations Team when requested to
Take on additional internal or external project responsibilities when requested
Any other tasks directed by the Head of Digital
We are looking for
Degree level education within Marketing or equivalent
Experience in a marketing role in Healthcare or B2B environment
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
Commercially minded digital marketer
Excellent project management skills
Ability to manage stakeholders in a large organisation
Proven track record of managing digital content across multiple platforms
Proven track record of using content management systems, with experience in Adobe CQ5 an advantage
Working knowledge web analytics, experience of Omniture Site Catalyst preferred
Onsite content effectiveness – reach, engagement and conversion
Online NPS and user goal completion
Salesforce.com metrics – leads generated from website
