Philips challenges you to use your digital, marketing and sales skills to create growth for our business and yourself. You are responsible for the execution of the e-commerce strategy on the UKI Philips Healthcare Shop with guidance from Sales, Marketing and Digital teams. The primary goals are revenue growth, building stronger customer loyalty and taking the Philips Shop to the next level.

Your responsibilities

As the Healthcare e-Commerce Manager you are responsible for:

  • Short- and long-term strategy and management of the Philips Shop

  • Optimize the daily sales and realize the budgets, planning and targets

  • Maximizing site conversion

  • Tracking and optimizing daily sales and budgets.

  • Campaign management which includes creation of a marketing calendar and briefings while tracking the delivery of created assets and campaigns.

  • Support marketing with platform for end-to-end tests to determine effectiveness of campaigns.

  • In-store content management which includes optimizing in-store content in relation to service, product and campaign level.

  • Increasing traffic from internal and external sources while optimizing ROI on ad spend.

  • Analyzing data and proposals for improvement of the customer decision journey, conversion and basket value.

  • Portfolio and stock management which requires guiding phasing of products and campaign forecasting.

  • Acting as first point of contact for escalations by UKI order desk.

  • Supporting loyalty and new business opportunities by briefing and delivery of campaign assets and reporting campaign results.

  • Supporting the setup of new customer accounts

  • Execution of event sales through the online shop

  • Support sales and business managers with identification of content from online store for customer catalogues.

  • Co-ordination and management of relevant change requests.

  • Be the one point of contact for internal (sales, marketing, customer services, operations and IT) and external stakeholders (search-, affiliate- and marketing agencies).

Your team

The Healthcare e-commerce Manager is part of the Digital Team reporting into the Digital Lead for the UKI. Your senior stakeholders are also the Sales, Marketing, Customer Services & Operations Director. You will be part of a dynamic team and you will have close interaction with the Digital, Sales, Customer services, marketing and IT teams to create a test-to-invest business model for the future.

We are looking for

  • University degree (or equivalent)

  • Able to approach topics both from an operational, tactical and strategic perspective

  • Demonstrable experience in E-commerce, with a proven track record in increasing business and implementation of online marketing strategy

  • High knowledge of web shop management, complex e-commerce processes, strategy and best practices

  • Experience in driving traffic and understanding of various digital buying models (SEM, PPC, Affiliate, Partnerships)

  • Build a strong customer engagement strategy

  • Knowledge and experience with P&L responsibility

  • Previous experience in B2B e-commerce

  • Excellent communication skills, able to convince others and a strong customer focus experience

  • Strong in internal and external stakeholder management

  • Willingness to travel, when required

  • Fluent in English.
