As part of this transformation we now have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Manager in Domestic Appliances. This involves driving the new range of Vacuum Cleaners with a unique health positioning in a competitive and challenging market. It will be unlocking the Air purification category in a market with huge potential as well new value spaces within Domestic Appliances. You will combine strong commercial acumen and a talent and passion for disruptive and effective marketing, especially in the digital space.

As the Marketing Manager ‘Domestic Appliances’ UKI, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing the right plans to meet sales & profit targets, with true P+L accountability.

  • Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to shape the strategy of your categories.

  • Defining & driving the consumer decision journey from end-to-end

  • Developing & activating strong marketing communication plans, especially digital. Briefing agencies, implementing media campaigns and analysing ROI.

  • Allocating and owning the A&P budget

  • Engaging key stakeholders at global & local level to implement your strategy & plans.

This individual reports directly into the Domestic Appliances Senior Marketing Manager.

This position will be based from our Guildford office however we operate an agile working environment in this office.

We are looking for

  • At least around 5 years’ experience in Marketing including digital marketing roles

  • Strong understanding of defining & driving the consumer decision journey

  • Successful track record of managing digital marketing campaigns – setting & delivering KPIs

  • P&L ownership and a desire to drive results

  • Self-starter with a drive to win

  • Entrepreneurial – willing to experiment & learn


  • Portfolio P+L – sales & profit

  • Category Value Share

  • Brand health – Awareness, Consideration, Preference.

  • Media – SEO & PPC visibility, reach/frequency, ROI, media & social share of voice

  • Consumer engagement – website NPS, User Goal Completion, Conversion rate
