Philips I4 Marketing Leader in Haifa, Israel

In this role, you have the opportunity to serve as the marketing lead for the I4 organization overall and a member of its management team, and serves as the lead product manager for Illumeo.

Your responsibilities

  • Construct the product direction and vision based on an understanding of customer needs and market trends, working with key stakeholders

  • Translate product direction and roadmap to customer requirements for releases

  • Handle upstream and downstream marketing aspects of I4 product releases, working closely with relevant HI businesses

  • In charge of (relevant parts) of new product introduction (NPI) activities towards releases of I4

  • Works closely with the clinical, R&D and PMO teams in the I4 organization on product development and roadmap

  • Participate as business stakeholder in Agile development practices and activities (demos, planning events, etc)

  • Work with other marketing leads within the HI business group and market organizations around I4 roadmap and market introductions

  • Work directly with key clinical partners, opinion leaders and customers to create and maintain close relationships, gather feedback, prepare and proof points

  • Support strategic business development activities that support the roadmap

  • Support strategic sales activities

  • Member of the I4 management team

  • Report to I4 organization leader

You are a part of I4 (Integrated, Intelligent Imaging Informatics) is an innovative software group within Philips Healthcare Informatics. The group defines and implements the next generation imaging informatics solutions recently launched as Illumeo with adaptive intelligence. Illumeo represents a paradigm shift and provides intelligent clinically-aware solutions that enable faster, quantitative and more accurate diagnosis, with great emphasis on user experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA - advantage

  • At least 7 years of marketing experience, including product management

  • Experience in working with R&D teams in agile development

  • High-tech product launch experience

  • Customer facing interactions, presentations and sales support experience

  • Experience with enterprise software solutions

  • Experience in medical domain and radiology – advantage

  • Business development experience - advantage

  • Ability and willingness to travel abroad, at around 6-8 travels per year
