Philips Software Installation Specialist in Haifa, Israel

In this role, you have the opportunity to join a SW team and help to take part in resolving complicated healthcare solutions

You'r responsibilities

The Software Installation Specialist will Deploy, integrate and troubleshoot complicated healthcare solutions. This function will provide continuous support to enable smooth project execution and release, Face various hardware and software challenges, and learn new technologies.

  • Lead complex product deployments and integrations toward customer’s sites, shows and Install Base

  • Help automating deployment and configuration (provide scripts/automation)

  • Maintain Clinical Dataset repository

  • Responsible for I4 R&D Lab

  • Write technical guides and troubleshooting procedures to be used by the entire R&D and Service organizations. Produce / update installation and upgrade documentation

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows, SQL, System and Network configurations; Win Registry, Software Installation, Active Directory and Scripting

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong capabilities of building organized processes and formal documentation in a structured manner

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • MCITP/MCSE or other relevant certification/ Degree

  • Preferred:

  • Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows using Windows Debugging Tools (SysInternals / Kernel)

  • Cloud, Linux knowledge

  • Software background

  • Experience in a multinational organization
