Philips Training System Administrator in Haifa, Israel

Your challenge

As the incumbent of this Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) role within Philips, your challenge will be to support Business Group HISS and enabling functions to always get the necessary education and trainings assigned. This involves being a confident advisor on training planning & execution with our global Training Management System in order to achieve the desired competence level employees need to ensure timely releases of innovative products that deliver high quality and outstanding reliability to the lives they will improve.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure that training content is controlled and access to make changes is managed

  • Ensure the assignment of training requirements profiles and documentation for all job’ required training

  • Ensure that managers assign the correct training profiles to all individual employees based on job requirement profiles

  • Report on training compliance and training related KPIs

  • Provide feedback to users on profile and training compliance and non-compliance

  • Support users on using the Training Management System

  • Establish, monitor and respond to metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the Training Administration and Control activities and its ability to support the business

  • In close cooperation with supervisors and QMS management, administer profiles for all jobs with respect to job effectiveness / qualification, as well as QMS / Regulated Training Management.

Your team

You will become a member of the HISS PQMS & Audit Data Management & Training team and support a globally acting organization. The team is part of the HISS Philips Quality Management System (PQMS) & Audit organization one of the Five centers of Excellence (COEs) in Philips Quality & Regulatory.

We are looking for

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in system and process support

  • Technical experience with tools used for training administration or qualification tracking system.

  • Excellent organization, analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills

  • Proficient use of multiple databases.

  • Familiar with world-wide regulatory requirements for training

  • Experience in FDA regulated environment is preferred.

  • Good communication skills in fluent English
