Your challenge

Do you want to be part of growing a category in the Health Tech domain in Philips to drive innovation that matters to our customers? In the exciting world of Healthcare the business of High Tech and differentiating components plays a crucial role. GTC (Generators, Tubes and Components) is the key supplier for these components to our Philips internal customers (IGT, CT, ADI and DXR) but also an international player in the OEM markets where it grows fast. In this market, it operates with its own Dunlee brand and a dedicated 3rd part sales channel.

Your challenge will be implement and further develop the new Dunlee branding and corporate design internal and external on all communication channels to grow successful our global business in the replacement and OEM market.

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the new Dunlee Corporate Design to all communication channels. Develop and execute ongoing further activities for PR, Print, Social Media, Website, and Intranet within the guidelines of Philips, to maximize the contribution of this sales tool.

  • Translates the marketing objectives into a yearly MarCom plan, specifying required deliverables and projects, according to the guidelines.

  • Promote and drive your capability expertise to be leveraged for the digital marketing strategy.

  • Own the digital capability roadmap and budget to drive maximum ROI on the various executions across the various touchpoints in the respective customer decision journeys

  • Coordinates, realises and/or supports the presentation of the products on exhibitions, organises events and press conferences and controls the hired stand builders Prepares materials for internal and external presentations on products

  • May work with multiple agencies and contractors and evaluates the performance of these vendors as appropriate.

  • Make sure that the MarCom deliverables, like manuals and product information, is available in the required languages, in order to successfully introduce and promote products and compete with the competitors.

GTC is a very lean organization with an own global Sales Channel which means that business is action oriented and fast. It also comes with big responsibility, as good ideas will be directly implemented and short decision lines.

You will be part of the global GTC marketing team with reporting line to the Head of Marketing and New Business Development who is a Management Team member.

What we are looking for:

  • Master’s or Bachelor`s degree with a strong preference in a commercial, business or economic specialty

  • 3 years+ work experience in the required fields (MarCom, digital Marketing, communication)

  • Good knowledge of managing creative processes at a manufacturer or creative agency

  • Strong understanding of Marketing-Mix, graphic design tools and print production

  • Experience in leading MarCom and/or digital marketing/brand projects from scratch

  • Experience in B2B, service business, or Health Tech is a preference but not a pre-requisite

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive way of working, highly motivated with persistent

  • Excellent English language skills (written and oral); German is a plus
