You are responsible for

  • Serving as a talent advisor on the college recruitment marketplace to internal customers by educating on our recruiting model, sharing best practices & articulating key recruiting timelines

  • Building relationships with internal customers to understand their business and hiring needs

  • Working with top identified student talent to position appropriate graduate opportunities and deliver superior candidate experiences

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience​

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline

  • Language proficiency in Portuguese and English

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (Agency/ Corporate experience is HIGHLY preferred)

  • Strong customer service and communications skills

  • Aptitude for relationship building and customer relations

  • Ability to multi-task and set appropriate expectations

  • Experience in supporting multiple businesses and locations

  • Expertise in program/ project management

  • Prior experience using an applicant tracking systems a plus (preferably Workday)

  • Experience in generating and sourcing candidates
