You are responsible for
Serving as a talent advisor on the college recruitment marketplace to internal customers by educating on our recruiting model, sharing best practices & articulating key recruiting timelines
Building relationships with internal customers to understand their business and hiring needs
Working with top identified student talent to position appropriate graduate opportunities and deliver superior candidate experiences

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
Language proficiency in Portuguese and English
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (Agency/ Corporate experience is HIGHLY preferred)
Strong customer service and communications skills
Aptitude for relationship building and customer relations
Ability to multi-task and set appropriate expectations
Experience in supporting multiple businesses and locations
Expertise in program/ project management
Prior experience using an applicant tracking systems a plus (preferably Workday)
Experience in generating and sourcing candidates
