  • Manage the schedules and workloads and ensure team is adequately prepared for meetings.

  • Duties may include preparing meeting agendas, providing background information, ensuring he/she is briefed on schedules.

  • The position requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures.

  • Provide high-level and confidential support.

  • May be expected to attend meetings, take notes and develop follow up actions.

  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings.

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, ability to drive complex projects to success, ability to work with executives.

  • Help to manage and execute critical projects along with providing administrative and operational support, completing complex tasks in creative and effective ways.

  • Identify and help manage process improvements across the organization that build and enhance our efficiency and work.

  • Manage calendaring, expense reporting, travel arrangements, email, events and vendor payments.

  • Conduct and assist with special projects

  • Prepare executive summaries from information extracted from SOWs

  • Create PowerPoint Presentations

  • Ability to create and manage SharePoint Sites

  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines.

  • May lead or oversee the activities of other nonexempt personnel.

  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants as needed. Minimum Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent.

  • 4+ years of related administrative experience with progressive responsibility. Desired Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and previous experience supporting senior management (preferably in medical industry) Skills:
