In this role, you have the opportunity to:
The Product Documentation Change Analyst processes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Document Change Orders (DCOs), and other Change Orders as applicable. Reviews completeness of documentation. Contributes to or leads continuous improvement projects. Provide internal customer service to all departments impacted by the Change Management process. Support site audits directly and/or indirectly.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Position is based in Cleveland, but interacts with global sites and employees.
Role is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
The Product Documentation Change Analyst is an effective (local) business process role for Change Management processes and tools in scope – provides internal customer service to all departments impacted by the Change Management process.
Ensures compliant product documentation and changes by reviewing Change Orders to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Inputs and responds to metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the change management system, process and its ability to support the business.
Contributes to or leads continuous improvement projects for the site or department.
Support site audits directly and/or indirectly.
Two year technical degree or 1-2 years related experience in change control and or document control field. Plus would be knowledge of FDA regulations (Quality System Regulations) and regulatory requirements

• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with Document Management tools.
• Experience running effective process improvement projects.
• Procedural or Technical writing experience.
• Understanding of modeling tools.
• Awareness of Project Management Institute standards
