Philips Resource Specialist, Clinical Education in Highland Heights, Ohio

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Review customer orders and evaluate training needs

  • Schedule Clinical Education staff for on-site training as appropriate

  • Coordinate and register Customers for off-site training

  • Setup and maintain required education documentation

  • Communicate with Business Unit and Modality Programs to prepare for New Product Release and Field Change Orders and related training and scheduling requirements

  • Maintain close working relationship with appropriate Sales and Service teams to remain current on market trends and product development that impact clinical education

  • Accurately complete all billing documentation (i.e. Transfer of Cost (TOC) and Miscellaneous Billing Request (MBR)) in a timely fashion

Job Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Associate Degree preferred

  • Experience in customer service desired

  • Effective writing and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Prioritization and creative problem solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Frequent phone use, computer viewing, and typing

This role is integral to the Clinical Education Services team and will provide an opportunity where you will WOW our customers by using your strong client management, scheduling, operations and administrative skills in providing best in class customer service!

You are responsible for

  • Accurately completing all billing documentation (i.e. Transfer of Cost (TOC) and Miscellaneous Billing Request (MBR)) in a timely fashion You are part of You will be an integral part of our Clinical Education Services team, working as the liaison between customers and our world class training staff both in the field and in the classroom. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Associate Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of related Customer Service, Scheduling, Administration or Operations experience

  • Effective writing and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Prioritization and creative problem solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to change
