Your Challenge:

Develop business expansion opportunities for Philips in the Department of Defense sector of the Healthcare market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain senior level relationships across the DOD and Philips

  • Identify problems and develop new solutions across Philips businesses

  • Entrepreneurial: this is exactly the same as building a new business for each opportunity

  • Team up with other Business Development specialists at Philips to leverage one another

  • Utilizes a capture manager to help organize resources and solutions to develop new business opportunities

  • Comfortable building business cases

  • Able to drive long range opportunities 1-3 years vs. short term transactional sales

  • Successfully develop new contracts between Philips and the Government

We Are Looking For:

  • Demonstrates determination and desire to be successful

  • Existing DOD relationships

  • Past success developing a business opportunity

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and lead a team without direct authority over them
