Philips Director, MyPlan Team- Patient Monitoring Solutions (National) in Home Worker, Massachusetts
The Director of the MyPlan Team is a key leader to ensure the accelerated, strategic, and profitable growth of the patient monitoring business. The patient monitoring business has undergone rapid transformation and acceleration in the past 18 months utilizing the MyPlan approach to our market. MyPlan has driven OIT growth via strategic, long term, large scale standardization and optimization deals for patient monitoring. This role is responsible for leading dedicated resources that consist of clinical experts, IT and infrastructure exerts and patient monitoring specialists to support the acceleration and expansion of MyPlan opportunities across the 4 sales zones. This leader must be a key member of each ZVPs extended leadership team to help identify, qualify, strategize and resource these opportunities to drive them to closure. This role must participate in reviewing the structure of the deals to ensure clean and implementable deals.
Lead a team of zone based clinical, IT, and sales resources responsible for supporting the business as described above:
Meet or exceed financial targets for equipment, service, revenue, and education quarterly and annually.
P/L expense management
Embrace our performance and growth culture by dealing swiftly with poorly performing employees with robust action plans and recognizing exemplary behavior throughout the organization. Update VP of Sales and HR Director quarterly.
Role definition, communication and entrepreneurial leadership is a must. Must establish self as a key member of each ZVPs extended team
Build relationships with next level field sales leadership, negotiate resourcing requests based on business needs. Must be able to influence sales leadership to ensure appropriate strategy development, executive level sponsorship of MyPlan approach.
Have visibility and input into zone based funnel and forecast. Prioritize resources to support OIT and customer satisfaction
Drive focus across the patient monitoring portfolio to include general care segment needs and fetal monitoring needs
Responsible for MyPlan resourcing requirements, strategy development, and clinical assessment needs
Prioritize activities based on business needs, including an assessment of opportunity costs and upside
Manage and develop team skills including consulting skills, executive presentation skills, project management and data analytics
Drive a strategic focus within the organization
At least 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, sales and/ or consulting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be able to develop and articulate a business case for resource use/prioritization
Must be able to influence other leaders in the organization to ensure business results are achieved
Executive presentation and communication skills
Deep market knowledge of the North American healthcare market
Highly proficient at business analysis and recommendation development.
