Your Challenge :
As a Product Bridge Specialist, you will position and sell Philips service solutions for Philips and non-Philips equipment with customers to increase customer satisfaction and exceed territory revenue objectives. You will be responsible to sell new contracts and successfully support renewing existing business within the defined territory. Develop and execute a strategic and tactical territory sales plan to exceed financial targets for new business. Prospect and qualify new opportunities. Communicate business direction frequently and clearly to Management. Drive the sales process by working with internal team members to develop winning strategy. Develop and maintain executive level relationships with potential customers. Be responsible for timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions. Monitor competition and changes in the industry; provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings. Provide market intelligence to the marketing team to for product development.
Your Responsibilities :
Design and implement territory strategy to meet quota. Accurately forecast new business potential through use of CRM and other monthly and quarterly performance management tools.
Provides technical expertise through Performance Bridge sales presentations, product demos and oversight of product inclusion in various proposals.
Negotiates terms of proposals
Owns Performance Bridge quota for assigned territory, and drives sales through multiple Market sales channels.
Supports the various Market sales channels in successfully assessing customer needs and collaborates to develop a solution offering portfolio, ensuring a commercial proposal / quote that is tailored to the customer's needs.
Provides continual feedback on Performance Bridge and Market conditions to Business Unit for enhancements/future product design.
Through consultative sales approach, qualify Customer needs for key performance indicators and workflow driven results.
Owns commercial Performance Bridge customer relationship from the sale through the implementation through the entire customer contract lifecycle.
Your Profile :
At least 5 years relevant clinical/sales experience in Diagnostic Imagining and/or Nuclear Modalities with emphasis on services and/or software. Primary experience in (consultative) sales and/or customer relationship management. Certification preferred in RT, RTT, Health Physics, Medical Physics, CT, CNMT or similar. Experience in customer relationship management, oversight of work flow processes and solution selling.
