Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Sell HTS consulting services to new prospects and clients

  • Attain individual sales quota target

  • Assist HTS in achieving its overall department sales targets

  • Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to sales close

  • Identify and successfully engage new client prospects

  • Convert prospect leads to consulting assessment clients, and consulting assessment clients to implementation project clients

  • Demonstrate effective client management skills which further relationships with existing clients and ensure long-term client engagements

  • Manage assigned sales territory, responding quickly and effectively to prospect leads and client requests for information

  • Build strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and continued business

  • Demonstrate deep consulting process expertise

  • Prepare high-quality sales presentations

  • Deliver effective sales presentations to individuals and groups

  • Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge

  • Communicate knowledgably and effectively with C-Suite executives about HTS consulting deliverables and value

  • Build awareness of HTS services among prospects and new clients

  • Communicate status of sales activities through HTS management reporting systems

  • Coordinate sales activities with colleagues, including HTS management and consultants and Philips Account Executives (AEs)

  • Recommend sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales

  • Assess the ongoing effectiveness of HTS business development sales programs and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Discuss sales pipeline status and next steps with HTS business development management during regularly-scheduled phone calls

  • Influence on a Business magnitude: > $3.0 million

We are looking for

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

  • Must have superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be detail-oriented and able to prepare high-quality sales presentations

  • Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills

  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

  • Must be a good team player, be able to understand team requirements and contribute effectively to team goals

  • Must be willing to travel to meetings with prospects, clients and Philips colleagues, roughly 75%
