Your Challenge:

The EI Market Leader is responsible for the creation and execution of key strategic and tactical plans aimed at maintaining and growing EI market share and also improving Sales, Marketing, and Service effectiveness of the team. This role is instrumental in working with the other HIT Market and Sales Leaders in helping harmonize the HIT businesses from a back-office and overall sales processes point of view. This will be accomplished by working with various stakeholders across the BIU and SCS. The EI Market Leader is also responsible for overseeing NA Sales Performance and working with the Sales teams and the NA Sales Leader to drive NA Sales performance. The Market Leader will own the annual AOP and will be responsible for creating and executing on the AOP plan. This role will be the primary liaison with the EI BIU – the Market Leader will lead the monthly Business Review process. The Market Leader will work closely with the Core & LSP Sales Leadership in NA to ensure total alignment between HIT/EI and Core and LSPs. The Market Leader will manage the 8 EI Specialists.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the harmonization of business processes between HIT businesses related to sales processes and back-office management needed to increase sales effectiveness.

  • Primary liaison with the EI BIU

  • Lead (with Marketing) the Annual AOP process for EI

  • Establish a monthly business review process – track key business indicators.

  • Develop strategies to drive EI business and exceed the annual AOP.

  • Provide leadership support to EI Sales Leaders

  • Ensure proper execution of Sales, Marketing, and Service strategies

  • Work with Core and LSP Sales Leadership to define and execute strategies for driving EI sales with Philips’ imaging business.

  • Work with sales management to create optimal training plans to maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.

  • Work with SCS and Regional managers on key customer escalations.

  • Work closely with field marketing team and sales management to gather and propagate competitive intelligence to the sales organization.

  • Participate in Trade Shows and sales events as needed

Your Background:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Possess a high degree of integrity. Has the desire and capability of motivating, developing and directing others to achieve results.

  • Proven ability to succeed in a Matrixed management environment.

  • Ability to partner and influence senior levels in the organization, both internally, and with key customers.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management and capability to building successful teams.

  • Broad base understanding of key business components, understands the drivers of the PACS business. Strong analytical skills and experience.

  • Possesses strategic planning ability. Can create competitive, innovative strategies and plans.

  • Strong results orientation. Has track record for consistently meeting and exceeding goals. Capable of making commitments, setting priorities and delivering results on time and in budget.

  • A strong understanding of the PACS and Advanced Visualization market is highly desirable.
