They also provide access to expert care for populations of patients that would otherwise be unable to receive it due to geographic boundaries and Specialist-MD availability.

Position Summary:

Responsible for generating new business in the assigned geography by engaging all appropriate customer segments in the marketplace as required. Position is responsible for securing new customers and meeting assigned quota.

Your Responsibilities

  • Growth of revenue through new program/customer contracts including prospecting, product demonstrations, and securing business contracts

  • Develop and execute strategies for new business growth by meeting critical customer needs

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships that accelerate market capture

  • Understand market dynamics including channels, competition and customer needs in assigned geography

  • Team with Clinical and program executives on the management of strategic accounts

  • Communicate accurate territory forecasting including funnel management

  • Collaborate across Philips colleagues in order to ensure One Philips approach Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years solution selling experience required, C-Suite experience preferred

  • Knowledge of home healthcare and hospital healthcare industry

  • 70% of skill sets aimed at C-Level hospital executives and 30% at home care executives

  • Demonstrated results with consultative selling in executive healthcare field

  • Results oriented approach, high energy, balanced with take charge attitude including team work and collaboration

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to present effectively to all levels of management
