Philips Product Quality & Maintenance Lead in Home Worker, Netherlands
Your challenge is to manage the availability and End-to-End Quality of released products and components within the scope of the BU IGT (Image Guided Therapy) and more specifically the Mechatronics Development Cluster of the BU.
Manage a multidisciplinary product process group and team to execute maintenance activities according the processes for Quality Maintenance Control, type number control and engineering change.
Track the base-lined planning and take corrective actions where needed in order to realize the assignment.
To maintain the design history file and device master record, in order to enable product maintenance, to be protected against liabilities and comply with external regulations.
To solve availability and product quality issues in cooperation with customer service, manufacturing and supply chain in order to ensure that:
Products and spare parts can be manufactured and serviced until their End-of-Life date.
The quality of released products in the supply chain and installed base is maintained and improved and re-occurrence of problems is prevented.
To realize the agreed deliverables, product quality, timing within the maintenance budget.
To analyze quality data information from the installed base, manufacturing, suppliers and customers for the product group the PQ&M Leader is assigned to. To define preventive measures from this analysis and executes these to assure the quality of delivered and installed products meet the relevant Component Teams BBS targets.
To execute planned maintenance according to the overall Product, Quality & Maintenance plan.

We are looking for
Minimally Bachelor degree in Technical domain (or proven track record through other relevant discipline), Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
Background in R&D engineering disciplines (e.g. electronics, software and mechanics)
Experience with development in volume production and maintenance of released products.
Drive for Quality, Familiar with Q-systems and standards.
Experience in 8D problem solving.
Green Belt / Black Belt; DAIMC thinking is considered as a plus
Good people/stakeholder management skills and leadership competences
Result oriented, self-steering and organizational talent
Pro-active and taking initiative
Fluent English (written and spoken) and Dutch
