Manage a team of 5 Marketing Managers
Defines the product roadmap (personal care, health & wellness) with a time horizon of 1-3 year for an innovative product range with partly new functionality and technologies.
Defines proposals for the mid term marketing strategy. Translates the midterm product roadmap into concrete product specifications.
Implements the medium term business plans, goals and product roadmap.
Accountable for business P&L and annual marketing budget
Responsible for marcom planning execution and achieve the most profitable market share in compliance with BG policy
Lead, drive, coach, supervise team members for business progress
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 15 years all rounded marketing experience with 10 years leadership experience
At least 10 years recent experience in FMCG, retail or consumer related industries
Multi-national company experience is a plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong people management skills and negotiation skills
Capable to negotiate and meet company targets under high pressure
Good financial sense and strong interpersonal skills
Ambitious, deliver on commitment, logical mind & behavior, innovative
Willing to take extra miles and consistently achieve company goal
