Philips Assistant Sales Manager in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join the well-established ultrasound sales team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Imaging Solutions Hong Kong.

You are responsible for

  • To drive the ultrasound business in Hong Kong and Macau in the assigned accounts / territories / specialties pertaining to improving market coverage, enhancing Philips competitiveness, and capturing market share from competitors.

  • Implement sales strategies; achieve both individual and team sales target, including account management & project management.

  • Coordinate with key accounts to ensure excellent execution in the sales promotions, work together with clinical marketing team and customer service team pertaining to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in planning and implementing sales plans, promotions and projects

  • Prepare regular sales report and market competitors’ analysis for sales management’s review

  • Responsible for routine and assigned trade activities, including liaisons and preparations for conferences, workshops, demos and exhibitions, etc.

  • Handling customers enquiry and provide pre/after sales order follow-up and related sales order procurement

  • Monitor and report on instore channel activities and provide relevant support on promoter management.

You are a part of

Philips Health System sales team and report to the Sales Manager of Ultrasound division.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University graduate or above

  • At least 5 years of sales, business development or accounts management experience in healthcare industry, preferably in the field of diagnostic imaging, women’s healthcare, and ultrasound

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, mature personality with passion to achieve result, attentive to details and a good team player

  • Performance-driven, confident, have a strong work ethic and positive attitude even under pressure.

  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
