Job summary:

Supply center HK is one of the key site to serve the supply chain from demand and supply planning, procurement and Logistics for multi business group. The turnover for this team are continue growth year after years, therefore it is very important to have this position in place with the below enrich scope to support the growth.

Purpose:

This is a regional Performance Management role driving operational performance of Asia supply centers in line with the global KPIs and liaising with markets to ensure end to end perspective is taken into account in our operational review and execution.

The jobholder needs to initiate and enforce standardization across supply centers and leverage with global team on processes, analytics and improvement actions.

Key responsibilities:

Drive and follow up performance level of Asia supply centers towards customer centricity including KPI improvement with transparency and visibility. Support in defining and driving continuous improvements and standardization in KPI & planning / logistics processes with close liaison with global team. As a business analyst to build professional and meaningful reports enabling management data analysis & to build insights for improvement focus and management review. Actively take part in supply chain improvement projects and effectively lead change till execution with structural approach driving sustained performance. Assume Asia Logistics role driving logistics operations excellence in an end to end perspective. Leverage with global resources and enforce integrated work and processes between global and local teams Be a process and system knowledge master to raise and sustain competence of users.

Organizational context

The jobholder reports to Supply Planning Asia, apart from coordinating with supply centers in Asia, also working very closely with Europe counterparts for global process alignment and operational excellence review. Key interface with APMEA & Greater China on operations review and improvement projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder, preferably Master degree At least 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain related functions, Strong knowledge in planning & logistics, LEAN background in SCM is a plus Fluent English and can communicate in Mandarin is a must Analytical skills, sensitive to figures Proactive, daring to speak up, highly adaptive Outstanding in Microsoft office, excel, macro, power point Good in preparing management summary
