Join the expanding Solution Customer Services team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Clinical Information System HK. Philips healthcare is one of the leaders in clinical information systems in hospitals. We serve public and private hospitals in Hong Kong and Macau. We provide clinical information systems to doctors and nurses in intensive care unit, operating theatre, obstetric and gynecological unit, Radiology unit and Cardiology Unit.
You are responsible for
Implementing solutions that require analysis of situations or data.
Technical review of system configurations to ensure viability of system performance.
Preparing as-built drawings to document work completed during project or particular job.
Resolving complex customer issues requiring independent judgment based on strong IT knowledge and skills.
Providing remote and on-site support to installed customer base.
Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the Philips solution.
Delivering customer projects that require analysis of situations and full understanding of the solution implemented.
Working in conjunction with internal project managers, clinical application consultants, field service engineers, third-party entities
You are a part of
Solution Customer Service team and report to the District Team Lead. You will be working closely with a team of healthcare IT engineers, clinical consultants and project manager in part of the solution delivery team to deliver qualified service to customers. Besides that, you have to provide technical support for pre-sales, project implementation and post-sales consultation and support.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years related experience as a technical consultant
Systems (Operating System, Virtualization, Database, Security)
Data Mining (Database, SQL, Scripting, Troubleshooting)
Networks (Routing, Wireless, VPN, Hardware (e.g., routers, switches, etc.))
Integration (HL7, API, Programming)
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customer.
Deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external
