Philips Ecommerce & Online Marketing Executive in Istanbul, Turkey

  • Responsible to develop, align and execute holistic digital display of Philips products in all digital landscape such as Philips.com.tr, E-Trade sites and other external sales channels

  • Will be assigned to develop E-Trade Marketing strategies and tactics along the entire path to purchase, will be assigned to specific consumer categories and will support group marketing and sales events aligned with the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager

  • Formulates digital/on-line plans and communication for a small portfolio. Develops detailed digital/on-line specifications, using experience throughout the customer decision journey

  • Integrates relevant digital touch points such as Philips.com, LinkedIn, Facebook search and customer intimacy. Gathers specific information of product introduction

  • Analysis data for a digital/on-line assignments of moderate scope, reviews a variety of factors using root cause analysis and formulates the best digital/on-line solutions

  • CRM campaigns strategy & execution (data acquisition, reengagement, reactivation campaigns & reporting , campaign-based emailing activations and follow up )

  • Rating & Review Projects ( strategy & execution to increase the R&R of products through tools on social media, etailers and Philips website )

  • Retargeting project on Philips website

  • Social media (Lead social media agency on daily executions and social media projects)

We are looking for

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Online Trade Marketing or Online Sales Management

  • Extensive knowledge of digital/on-line principles, theories and concepts

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Dynamic and inspiring personality with strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

  • Advanced level of MS Office programs
