Philips Business Development Manager, Healthcare Informatics in Jakarta, Java, Indonesia
You will be responsible for:
Achieve or exceed order intake and sales volumes, service revenue and contract penetration rate
Identify enterprise opportunities within Indonesia to build sufficient funnel to achieve/exceed targets
Take hands own ownership of each opportunity (relationship, presentation, follow-up, organizing internal resources, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and other key administrators within hospital networks
Work with the local sales teams in the market to move opportunity through the sales funnel
Provide win/loss information for all deals
Assess customer’s workflow and IT needs
Maintain and up-to-date understanding of competitive product lines and the latest clinical applications and reconciles demonstrations accordingly to ensure our distinguishable posture
Provide feedback to BIU on how product and professional services can continually be improved to meet customers’ needs
You will demonstrate the following requirements:
Bachelor degree holder, with more than 8-year experience in healthcare industry, dealing with Radiology/Hospital-IT/medical devise solutions.Preferably, in-depth knowledge and experience with Hospital-IT and radiology.
Strong complex-solution consultative selling capability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels in the buying organization.
Strong Channel/distributor and project management capability.
Detail and service oriented attitude.
Able to work under pressure, and work with minimal supervision in team environment.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
Ability to be mobile/travel frequently (>40%) across Indonesia.
