Philips Business Development Manager, Healthcare Informatics in Jakarta, Java, Indonesia

You will be responsible for:

  • Achieve or exceed order intake and sales volumes, service revenue and contract penetration rate

  • Identify enterprise opportunities within Indonesia to build sufficient funnel to achieve/exceed targets

  • Take hands own ownership of each opportunity (relationship, presentation, follow-up, organizing internal resources, etc.)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and other key administrators within hospital networks

  • Work with the local sales teams in the market to move opportunity through the sales funnel

  • Provide win/loss information for all deals

  • Assess customer’s workflow and IT needs

  • Maintain and up-to-date understanding of competitive product lines and the latest clinical applications and reconciles demonstrations accordingly to ensure our distinguishable posture

  • Provide feedback to BIU on how product and professional services can continually be improved to meet customers’ needs

You will demonstrate the following requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder, with more than 8-year experience in healthcare industry, dealing with Radiology/Hospital-IT/medical devise solutions.Preferably, in-depth knowledge and experience with Hospital-IT and radiology.

  • Strong complex-solution consultative selling capability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Able to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels in the buying organization.

  • Strong Channel/distributor and project management capability.

  • Detail and service oriented attitude.

  • Able to work under pressure, and work with minimal supervision in team environment.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).

  • Ability to be mobile/travel frequently (>40%) across Indonesia.
