Philips Head of Modern Retail (NKAM) in Jakarta, Java, Indonesia
You’ll be responsible for:
Lead a team to drive and grow the Modern Retail channel for Consumer business across Indonesia.
Achieve the sales objectives for modern retail channel accounts.
Drive Channel profitability and opportunities.
Manage and review key modern retail accounts.
Drive contract negotiations and terms improvement with customers.
Plan and execute visibility drive in all the accounts to increase extraction.
Promote planning and execution for key accounts.
Collaborate with cross functions to improve customer service.
Develop quarterly and annual business plans.
Coach and mentor Key Account Managers.
You will demonstrate the following qualities:
Degree holder with min. 12 years of experience in key account management with Modern Retail accounts, preferably coming from FMCG/Consumer industry.
Preferably, you have minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of Key Account Managers.
Preferably, you have some network with large hypermarket accounts.
Previous successful track record in managing accounts at regional/national level.
Strategic with strong ability to execute business plan.
Excellent communication and leadership capability.
Ability to communicate in English is a must.
