Philips Head of Modern Retail (NKAM) in Jakarta, Java, Indonesia

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead a team to drive and grow the Modern Retail channel for Consumer business across Indonesia.

  • Achieve the sales objectives for modern retail channel accounts.

  • Drive Channel profitability and opportunities.

  • Manage and review key modern retail accounts.

  • Drive contract negotiations and terms improvement with customers.

  • Plan and execute visibility drive in all the accounts to increase extraction.

  • Promote planning and execution for key accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross functions to improve customer service.

  • Develop quarterly and annual business plans.

  • Coach and mentor Key Account Managers.

You will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Degree holder with min. 12 years of experience in key account management with Modern Retail accounts, preferably coming from FMCG/Consumer industry.

  • Preferably, you have minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of Key Account Managers.

  • Preferably, you have some network with large hypermarket accounts.

  • Previous successful track record in managing accounts at regional/national level.

  • Strategic with strong ability to execute business plan.

  • Excellent communication and leadership capability.

  • Ability to communicate in English is a must.
