Field Service technician

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

  • Responsible for product technical guidance (including distributors, customers, service providers, etc.)

  • Responsible for maintain level 3 administrative areas and PSP2 personnel system

  • Responsible for after-sales training organization, the development and coordination of large (and daily training)

  • Responsible for the crisis event processing and follow up

  • Responsible for FCR tracking per month

  • Responsible for quality issue tracking

  • Responsible for return factory machine identification and issue a report

  • Assesse and certificate service engineer

  • Responsible for PSP2 system integrity

You are a part of

A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Service manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and > 5 years of related experience in field service.

  • Good understanding of service process

  • Good communication
