Your Challenge

You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the work of assembly workers as directed by work center mgmt..

Shift: 2nd shift 3:15pm to 12:15am

Your Responsibilities:

Directly Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the work of Assembler and/or other area personnel.

-will be responsible for training, teaching and coaching workmanship quality on all work that is completed

Will manage a project that can be handled on an individual basis

  • Displays a high level of imitative, effort and commitment towards completing

  • Demonstrates responsible behavior and attention to detail

  • Ensures compliance to policies, procedures and work instructions

  • Assist in identifying potential issues to workflow, procedures and documentation issues

  • Monitors safety practices and house keeping

  • Will actively participate in one or more improvement teams as a team member

We are looking for:

  • H.S .or GED required college degree a plus

  • Min 3 yrs working as a team lead or direct related experience is preferred

  • 2 years Assembler or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience with Word, excel and Outlook and other office machines preferred,

  • Will frequently move or transport product of ten pounds and sometimes up to 70 pounds

  • May also need to access above a level of a standard 54 inch file cabinet

  • Also should be action oriented, organized, and timely in decision making
