You are responsible for
Troubleshooting and repairing Philips oxygen concentrators.
Troubleshooting and repairing Philips compressors that fail testing.
Using analyzers to collect data, which will aid in troubleshooting.
Using the Manufacturing Execution System to track and report failures and repairs.
Executing Good Manufacturing Practices.
Working closely with group leaders to provide feedback related to assembly errors.
You are a part of
The Philips manufacturing team in Kennesaw, Georgia, who is responsible for assembling and packaging various respironic medical devices including Oxygen Concentrators.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
High School Diploma required.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
Physical Requirements; this position requires the ability to move on a continuous basis in order to efficiently get to other work areas, frequent lifting up to 15 pounds, occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, ability to reach and ability to use fine manipulation skills.
The ability to read, speak and understand the English language is required in order to interpret the work instructions, procedures necessary to perform work tasks and comprehend the documents that comprise our Quality System, in order to comply with FDA regulations.
Manual dexterity and the ability to work productively on a repetitive basis is required.
Experience using the Philips MES (Manufacturing execution system).
Strong knowledge in Philips ‘’Good Manufacturing Practices.’’
