Currently we are looking for an experienced Management Assistant to provide a complex administrative support and project management duties.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide support to the senior management level and the Chief of Operations, who is part of the Executive Committee. By having an impact on effective organization of Philips Hub in Łódź your role will be crucial for overall success of the region.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting Chief of Operations and conducting her job as effectively and efficiently as possible.

  • Supporting senior management level in all secretarial or administrative activities.

  • Organizing and update business agenda and meetings.

  • Arranging travel bookings through system and taking care of the hotel arrangements

  • Performing marketing, administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.

  • Documents and correspondence handling

You are a part of

Philips Hub team based in Łódź where we manage and perform various administrative and operational activities for the company. We are in challenging journey to consolidate the Center of Expertise activities into one Hub in Łódź. Join us in this exciting journey!

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree.

  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Good computer literacy and experience in MS office applications (excellent command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must).

  • Maturity and ability cooperate with senior level executives

  • Good communicator in a matrix setting

  • Results and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge, experience and understanding of the complex organization environment

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Proactiveness and ability to work independently.
