Philips Customer Service Trainee in Madrid, Spain

• Support in managing Customer Service business: Order Intake, Sales and Margin reporting, contract renewal follow-up, Customer profitability, Customer Service Pricing and portfolio, CS Project Management (Install base management/End of Life, Customer Experience/Pulse, Customer Service Portal)

• Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures, identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer/clients.

• Develops customer service department procedures and business opportunities. Liaises between internal and global stakeholders for Business-Market development.

• Preferred academic background: Business Administration / Project Management / stakeholder management / Advance English / preferably SAP and advance Excel

As part of the Health Systems Division of Philips, within the Customer Service team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support the Business in all issues revolving around our Customers

Your responsibilities

  • Set up and analyze business reviews of our clients: order intake, sales and margin, contract renewal, customer profitability, pricing

  • Analyze operational processes and identify improvements for service delivery and bring value to our customers

  • Follow-up the migration of current processes to the new CRM

  • Liaise with Back Office and Account Management teams to ensure Business-market development.

Profile:

You graduated in Business or Engineering and are eligible for a “Contrato de Practicas”/ Traineeship contract for a 1-year duration in Madrid

You possess ideally a former experience in Project management

You are a strong communicator, assertive, with strong business acumen, proactive

You are fluent in English and Spanish.

You are proficient with Pack Office (Advanced Excel), knowledge of SAP is welcome
