Philips Digital Media Marketing Specialist Traineeship in Madrid, Spain

Your main mission will be to develop alongside the digital team from Iberia a best performance and support for media digital strategy to manage user experience throughout the customer decision journey and to ensure integration of relevant digital touch points (like Philips.es, Conventional media campaign, Real Time Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Video Ad, etc.). To support digital marketing team, digital marketing strategy and build digital marketing competencies with respect to enhancing demand in digital by engaging in a spectrum of activities like Campaigns, Social, Analytics, E-commerce, CRM, Content.

Your team In this role you will report to the Digital & Media Marketing Manager Personal Health Iberia. You will work from Madrid but you will bring support to Portugal Team as well.You will be part of the fastest growing business group of Philips Consumer Lifestyle. You will work through a global network of experts at both headquarter as well as at market level. Your responsibilities

As an Digital Marketer you will be managing media digital marketing activations (peak and always-on) in Philips Personal Health Iberia. This is a junior position, so we are looking for a starter (1-2 years workings experience) who is a structured and energetic person, with digital capabilities across all channels and touchpoints, to strengthen our digital team.

The responsibilities include:

  • Optimize the digital campaigns for Personal Health (Male Grooming, Beauty, Domestic Appliances, Coffee, OralHealth Care) and ensure max effectiveness and business results of digital touchpoints and online marketing activations.

  • Report, analyze and optimize on ongoing basis the digital KPI’s as designed in the digital dashboard among which Website (Page views, CTR, Traffic sources…); Media Digital campaigns (Conventional, RTM…) , and support to Search terms (paid & organic)

  • Enroll the Online Video Strategy and optimize this touchpoint.

  • Support the CRM, Search Manager, Social Media & Content manager with campaigns and the CRM Activities

  • Support the e-trade manager with enrolling Amazon Media Group and Philips.es/Philips.pt Strategy

  • Closely collaborate with the Digital Team, Media, PR and Marketing Managers to translate plans into actionable digital optimizations, (new) landings pages, search-campaigns and e-mails with a high ROI.

  • Closely monitor campaign activities to identify actionable optimization decisions including site optimization and conversion performance.

We are looking for

  • Someone who fits the Contrato de Practicas criteria : you finished your studies no more than five years ago and are available for a 2 year traineeship

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing or related field of study

  • 1-2 years digital media experience working at a media agency or in house digital marketing (preferably in international organization)

  • Experience in media digital marketing, with specific knowledge in at least two of the following sources with an interest to learn more (SEO, PPC, Display, Email, Social, Content Marketing, Online Video)

  • Familiarity with Adobe sitecatalist/omniture, Google Analytics, Sprinklr / other analytical tools

  • Eagerness to learn everything about digital marketing and follow the latest digital developments

  • A driven, solution-oriented candidate, who is an excellent project manager, able to work in a multi-functional team

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and extreme attention to detail

  • Analytical skills (a data-driven mindset)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Business fluency in English (written & verbal)
