Philips Head of HR Iberia in Madrid, Spain


You are instrumental in the success of the Personal Health and Health Systems businesses of Philips in the Iberia market through sound HR support and expertise sharing with the market leaders. You are directly accountable for the successful implementation of the Philips HR Model in the Iberia market.

Your key areas of Responsibility

  • Deliver value proposition at the senior management level on key HR topics such as talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development

  • Partner with the business area on HR needs to enable delivery of business targets

  • Consult with the CoEs to meet the particular needs of the business area and act as an effective steward of the HR Operating Model

  • Leading culture and change management and support the transformation across the company to become in line with PBS

  • Oversee relations with unions and workers council

Your team

You report to the Head of HR Markets and are work with local HR Managers. You interface with a large number of CoEs and build strong relationships with the Iberia market business leaders.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in an HR related field

  • Expertise in local HR rules and regulations

  • Deep academic curriculum in key HR practices and philosophies preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in applying a broad knowledge of human resource management principles and policies within an international context

  • Experience of business transformation processes in fast-changing, global and complex organizations

  • Tactical minded with the demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key senior stakeholders

  • Able to translate business challenges into a compelling people agenda

  • On top of fluent Spanish, fluent English is a must-have
