Your challenge

As part of the SRC (Sleep and Reparatory Care) Business Team, you will be part of the Customer Service team in dealing with their daily queries and collaborate in a challenging environment.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Process the daily orders from customers in SAP

  • Handle manually Invoices and daily requests from Customers

  • Create notifications for customer complaints

  • Keep a strong and accurate record on SAP: update relevant information (data, prices etc.)

  • Issue Credits & Debits for SRC

We are looking for

  • A candidate with a background in Economics or Business (minimum Licenciatura Level)

  • Strong methodical, organization and communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Mandatory Fluency in English

  • A dynamic person, highly motivated, eager to work in an international environment

  • A basic Knowledge of SAP is welcome

  • Internship to start from June 2017 for 4 months in Madrid
