Your challenge

As part of the Personal Health Division of Philips, in the Supply Chain Management team, you will report to you will be dealing with their daily queries and incidents from our customers, reporting to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Collect all incidents from Clients from Transportation and Sales teams.

  • Analyze each query and problem-solving

  • Record and update all relevant information in the internal system

  • Keep a strong and accurate tracking to issue reports.

We are looking for

A candidate with a Master in Supply Chain/Logistics

You possess ideally a former experience in this field

Strong analytical, organization and communication skills

Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of another tool is welcome

Mandatory Fluency in English and Spanish

A dynamic person, highly motivated, eager to work in an international environment

Internship to start from June 2017 for 6 months in Madrid
