Philips Key Account Manager - Imaging Systems in Malmo, Sweden

Your challenge

An aging population with more demands for care, hospitals need for smarter utilization of available resources and a combined usage of different imaging modalities for diagnose and treatment are challenging trends in the hospital environment.

As a Key Account Manager at Philips, you should manage to:

  • Be the customer’s trusted adviser for Philips' advanced healthcare solutions and guide your customers how to be more efficient, obtain superior diagnostic accuracy, improve outcomes and optimize the patient experience in the daily work at our hospitals' diagnostic departments.

  • Drive and close both small and large scale, complex deals within your designated geographical region of responsibility.

  • Interact and interface with different level of clinical stakeholders to optimize the successful outcome for both the customer and Philips.

Your responsibilities

  • Accountable for maximizing order intake and sales

  • Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operate at multiple levels in the accounts’ organizations

  • Facilitation of the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts

  • Preparation of annual account plans in line with the regional strategy and execute at district level

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies

  • Funnel management & sales forecasting using online CRM tools

  • Systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends

  • Collaboration with channel partners where required

  • Customer feedback reporting according to applicable Quality Standard policy

Your team

You will be a part of a highly skilled, dynamic, successful and motivated Sales team with four colleagues reporting directly to the Sales Manager – Imaging Systems in Sweden.

We are looking for

  • Clinical, sales and/or medical technical educational degree – or similar

  • Min 5 years experience in a sales or account management role within healthcare

  • Based in South of Sweden

  • Fluent in English and Swedish language

  • Willingness to travel

  • Driver’s license
